Evangelismos lies on the southwestern tip of the Peloponnese in the area of Messinia nearby Methoni. Our villa is within walking distance of Evangelismos. Villa Kerasi is comfortable, modern, fully equipped and built on a plot of 2700 m2. So al lot of privacy. The villa has panoramic views of sea and hills of olive trees, cypresses and vineyards, so you can quickly feel the real Greece. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, through the doors you walk on the covered terrace. The spacious terrace on the first floor is partially covered so you can choose between sun or shade. All doors and windows of Villa Kerasi are equipped with screens and shutters. The living room on the first floor is equipped with modern equipment (DVD player, Ipod installation, flat screen satellite TV) and the kitchen is equipped with modern equipment.

Prices are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights. After this booking per night is possible.

Services & additional costs
Deposit € 150, - and cleaning € 75, - must be paid locally. Deposit will be settled upon departure.
